Bachelor Penthouse - Old Street

Duplex apartment completed by COR London in 2022.
Including an open plan living space, a terrace, a large bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe.

This bachelor pad project was an exciting one to watch unfold. Although no structural changes were made, the duplex has seen a massive uplift through a shift in a few finishes and fixtures, such as flooring, wall coverings and the balustrade. The client loves hosting friends for dinner parties and needed the apartment to feel spacious but he also needed a space to work for the days he doesn’t go to the office. We created an expansive living space and a harmonious traffic flow to allow for a larger group of people, discreetly zoning the seating area from the work-from-home and the dining space. We included lots of artwork to bring that flamboyant bachelor pad look and put the view and the centre of the design, even by bringing some colours from the outside inside.
